GOP Spending Bill Strips Federal Earmarks

The American Coastal Coalition is proud to welcome Representative Mike Levin (CA-49) to our network of coastal champions. Rep. The ACC has written to the Director of Civil works requesting that 3 provisions in the Water Resources Development Act of 2024 receive firm implementation guidance from Corps HQ.
